The Executive – CRO profile would require the candidate to act as an interface between the Client and Academic Writers. The selected candidate would be required to reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails etc. to explain our products and services, gain an understanding of the client’s requirements, negotiate prices, book orders, and assign the task to the most appropriate writer. He/she would also be responsible for resolving queries regarding the task, managing deadlines of the orders and working effortlessly to ensure client satisfaction through ensuring high-quality services.

Responsibilities

  • Intermediate understanding of academic content writing and various facets of domain-specific requirements and employing such understanding in interaction with clients, allocation, after-allocation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on Website, WhatsApp chats).
  • The use of cold calling, marketing, as well as social media to actively search for prospective sales possibilities.
  • Managing complaints and objections while negotiating or closing transactions.
  • Successfully taking ownership of the task from Sale to the final delivery.
  • Contributing efficiently to different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment.
  • Consistently performing well in understanding client’s requirements, assigning projects, and handling critical cases till their successful resolution.
  • Proactively resolving project requirements through a collaboration of the clients and writers.
  • Appropriate understanding of the Cost and Time Requirements of various Technical/Non-Technical Projects.
  • To work for client satisfaction from the beginning to delivering the final orders through the Panel.
  • Must focus on revenue generation, good conversion rate and profit maximization.
  • Maintaining contact with potential clients and building connections with them; offering solutions and giving assistance, information, and direction; recommending alternatives.

Skills/Experience:-

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduation/ Masters in any specialized subject.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in handling business operations (Preferably in Academic Research Industry)
  • An in-depth knowledge of marketing as well as negotiation tactics
  • A strong command over English and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communications skills in English (Both oral and written)
  • Good listener and active problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ready to work from office in Rotational Shifts
  • A proven track record of success as a Sales Executive and/or a similar profile
